Engine Diagnostics

Proper diagnosis is the first step in the repair equation and is often more difficult than the actual repair.  Today’s cars have lots of electronics, sensors and computer processors, requiring costly scanning equipment in order to “speak” with the vehicle.  Without proper tools and experience, some techs will throw parts at a problem until they finally get it right, which can cost you a lot of extra money.  My Shop has top of the line scanning equipment which we constantly update the software for.  This allows us to properly communicate with your vehicle, so when we diagnose something we get it right the first time.  We also have separate diagnostic tools that give us dealer level scanning capabilities on Volkswagen, Audi and most General Motors vehicles.
